Responsible for expanding QCA’s customer base, Vice President Jill Cappadoro’s primary responsibility is diversifying and expanding our organization’s traditional products and service lines. Ms. Cappadoro is a motivator and has a solid understanding of serving both private and multi-agency public sector. Her strengths as a strategic planner and her ability to serve at all levels opens doors for QCA to serve through various market segments. Her specialties include conducting market research studies to better understand public perception, and using these findings to develop informed outreach programs and implement media campaigns. Specializing in achieving customer service excellence, responding to customer requirements, and consistently measuring and meeting customer satisfaction goals for all lines of our business, Ms. Cappadoro is an expert in her field, managing projects from concept through completion.
