I respect the journey that our company has taken over the last 26 years under the leadership of Sharlene Lairscey. Quest is a great place to work due to its innovation and use of trending technology, and because of all its associates. We are truly a family that spreads LOVE among our fellow employees and clients. Everyone is always willing to help others learn, and ultimately to win new business and expand our relationships with our clients statewide.

Quest allows me to thrive as a designer. Supporting projects in my community on a daily basis, while doing what I love, has been the most rewarding feeling I’ve ever had in a job. I am thankful for my Quest team and the difference that we make together!

Being a part of Quest and serving our clients and the public has been very rewarding. The overflowing support from the organization—at all levels—makes everyone as successful as possible. We truly are a family. In an ever-changing industry, I’m thankful to work for an ever-evolving company that is always looking for innovative approaches and to reach new heights!

Quest is an innovative and forward-thinking company centered on love and support for its employees. Since joining Quest, I have grown professionally and personally.

My experience at Quest has been an eye-opener. Working for a company that actually cares about its employees and the community was new to me. It truly is a team effort: If I have questions or if I’m trying something new, the team is always willing to step up and help me through it. It’s great to have that support system.

During my seven years at Quest, I’ve collaborated with many admirable people who will go above and beyond to offer a helping hand. I have found so much more than a job at Quest. I’ve been encouraged to grow as a professional and provided support and resources to be able to do so. Truly, an authentic culture of love is embraced here. We support each other and our clients feel the positive effects.

Quest changed my life. I moved from Massachusetts to Florida and within hours I obtained a position at Quest, not knowing it would open so many doors for me. I started as a communications manager, and I was promoted to Senior Communications Manager within months. There are many opportunities for growth: I am currently in the Quest Next Leadership Academy, and I am thrilled to see where it takes me after I graduate.

Quest is founded on the idea of “love what you do, who you work with, and pay it forward,” so you really find yourself in an inclusive environment when you work here. My favorite things about Quest are working with professionals in all facets of communications—in strategic planning, marketing, video, and technology services—and being a point of contact and support for incoming communications professionals.

Working at Quest I am regularly presented with projects that are both challenging and interesting. This gives me a real sense of accomplishment while allowing me to grow professionally. Quest is very much a team oriented and forward looking organization, where everyone works together to achieve state-of-the-art results.

Quest will listen to you. Your goals and aspirations matter to your managers and they’ll help you find your voice within the company, as long as you keep honing your top skills and demonstrating what you’re capable of. It’s a flexible, supportive place.
